I am a theatre designer, artist, curator and creative producer based in Dorset. Originally trained in Theatre Design, I later completed an MA in Printmaking at Camberwell College of Arts, London. My practice spans theatre, installation, printmaking, sculpture and participatory arts, bringing together visual storytelling, making and community engagement.
For over thirty years I have designed creative projects across theatres, galleries, festivals, schools and community settings, creating environments where people can connect, participate and experience stories together. Alongside my freelance practice, I am Creative Director at Coda Music & Arts Trust, where I lead the development of exhibitions, artist residencies and interdisciplinary programmes that bring artists and communities together through creativity.
My work is inspired by the light, colour and textures of the natural world and by the ways people experience and inhabit space. Whether designing for performance, creating large-scale installations or developing participatory artworks, I am interested in crafting immersive environments that invite curiosity, play and connection. I enjoy working collaboratively across disciplines, creating thoughtful, visually rich experiences that encourage audiences to engage with stories, places and each other in meaningful ways.
